Todd is a self-taught photographer possessed with a playful imagination and passion for discovery. At the age of 18 he began exploring the mountains and deserts of his native Colorado, through the lens of the same 35mm Canon AE1 that he uses today.

Upon graduating with a BA in English, he traveled solo around the British Isles and Western Europe and settled in Switzerland awhile and learned French, after falling in love with the people and landscapes found in the Alps and along the shores of Lac Leman.
